What is Fully Managed Support?

All our VPS plans come with Fully Managed Support in which you get any kind of support without paying any additional cost. Fully managed support means we will manage almost any type of issue as well as configuration request for your server. However, Custom software/script installations/configuration or troubleshooting issues like configuration of ffmpeg+mplayer+mencoder will not be considered in this fully managed support.

» Firewall setup & troubleshooting.
» Google Apps setups.
» Hardware failure.

Note: Custom Script installations are not covered by our managed services. These types of installations which may have an approximately more than 30 minutes of administration time to be set up will be given an installation quote prior to being done. In such cases, you are free to accept or reject the installation quote.
